Full Enforcement Service

We work on a contingency fee. We earn 28% of the funds collected, and provide personal assistance to help you collect support including:

• Location search
• Employment search
• Asset location
• Parent contact
• Customer service

Location Only Service

We will attempt to locate the responsible party’s residence and/or employer. Successful location information will be provided to you upon fee payment.

Successful location consists of verifying the responsible party’s residence by an occupant or nearby person, or verifying employment by telephone or mail.

Case Evaluation and Advice

We understand that some clients wish to pursue collection on their own and are not ready to sacrifice a percentage of that money.

We can evaluate and advise you of your best child support collection options regarding your case. While we don't provide legal advice, we draw on our 14 years of experience enforcing support orders.
