Experts in Support EnforcementThe Child Support Recovery Service staff is family-oriented, sympathetic to the needs of children and the costs involved in raising them. We have experience in child support enforcement and debt collection industries, and come from a variety of backgrounds. We are college graduates, students, military service personnel, and former law enforcement. We are married, we have children, and we are single. We are local and national leaders who work daily to provide an excellent child support enforcement option.
Our President David E. Conder is the President of Child Support Recovery Service, Inc. He has a commitment to the company philosophy and serving families both locally and nationally. Mr. Conder is also the current President of the Child Support Enforcement Council, a national association of private child support enforcement agencies. In this capacity he is committed to assuring that parents have options to enforce child support orders. Mr. Conder has been a past speaker at both state and federal child support enforcement conferences and for industry associations.
Our Company Founder Susanna L. Hooley was the founder of Child Support Recovery Service, Inc.; she started the support enforcement firm in response to encouragement from custodial parents and a community family organization. In her work at a collection agency Ms. Hooley received numerous requests to assist parents in collecting child support so that they could meet their other obligations. Ms. Hooley’s vision of providing this service was a committed ground-breaking effort to help families and in the process became the first private child support enforcement office in Indiana. |
